Meet Jessie and Dusty
Jessie was the g-grandmother of all our puppies!
Jessie was a beautiful 15 inch AKC Lemon & White Beagle. She was a wonderful, mild mannered family dog. She started our beagle journey by producing several litters, including introducing our 2nd generation mommy Sophia. She carried on the tradition producing several litters, including producing our 3rd generation mommy Maxine (affectionately called Maxi).
20 years later we still love beagles over all other breeds and have added another mommy Jenny (AKC registered 13inch Tri-Color), and her partner Archer (AKC registered 15inch Tan & Black). They are beautiful, very excited to see the awesome puppies they will produce!
All of our dogs have had excellent pre and post natal care. They are healthy happy family dogs that enjoy a large property, plenty of exercise, socialization, and training, as well as a healthy diet that includes vegetables from my garden. It is an honor for me to help bring our puppies into the world, snip their little umbilical cords, and spend 8 weeks priming them to be the perfect family dogs for the families that love beagles as much as me!
RIP Jessie, we miss you and honor your legacy always.
BayouOaks Ha Penny (otherwise known as Dusty)
He is the father of all the puppies produced by Jessie – Dusty started us off!
Jessie was bred to 13 inch Bayou Oaks, Ha Penny from Alamo Beagles. Among many awards, he was the national champion sire in 2004.
(Which means he sired more champions than any other Beagle in the US!)
His DNA is on file with AKC.

Sophia – our 2nd Generation Mom
Sophia was born to Jessie and Alamo’s (CH Bayou Oaks Ha Pennys) “Dusty” on Aug 21, 2009.
Sophia was a 13inch AKC registered Tri-color that had one of the Aug 2017 litters – She passed the torch on to Maxi.
May she Rest In Peace – We miss her dearly! While she is no longer with us, her legacy lives on through Maxi, her daughter, our 3rd generation mommy.

Maxi was born to Sophia and Max – pictured above – on 9/6/2014
She is a 15 inch AKC registered Tri-Color who had her third litter in December 2020. The puppy currently available is from her spring 2022 litter.
“McGraw’s Little Digger” – was dad to Maxi’s Sept 2017 litter
Maxi’s 2020 / 2022 litters were born to “McGraw’s Bruno” who is a descendent of “McGraw’s Little Digger”. He is an AKC registered 15inch Tri-Color.

Meet “Sir Archer” AKC registered 15inch Tan & Black
Archer
Archer was born to Dew Buck Missouri (AKC registered 15inch Black & Tan) and Cora Louise Bellingham (AKC registered 13inch Tri-Color) and comes to us all the way from Idaho. He is mild mannered and handsome….definitely a mama’s boy!
